Do I need to make an appointment to try on dresses?

Not necessarily. We are open on Fridays for walk-ins and on Saturdays we offer private bookings, taking one bridal party per appointment. Walk-ins are also available on Saturdays subject to private booking allocations. Check our social media and store front sign for walk-in times.

Appointments are available for parties with 2 or more bridesmaids (75 minutes) and for groups of 4 or more (90 minutes). You will have plenty of time to view and try our entire range, as well as go through all the questions you're needing to ask.

What should I bring to my appointment?

It helps to wear nude underwear, and a strapless bra (if you can!).  It also helps to bring a pair of heels that have the same size heel to those you'll be wearing on the day!  If you don't have a pair, don't worry - we have a few options in store to help you out.  If you have any pictures or swatches of the groomsmen suits, flowers or wedding décor (and are happy to share them with us!) it helps to bring them along to assist us in finding your perfect wedding gown or bridesmaids dresses!

Who should I bring to my appointment?

Your bridesmaids, mum, nan, mum-in-law, nan-in-law, etc.  Basically, anyone that is important to you in making a big decision such as this!  Our Perth bridal store has plenty of room for everyone to come along, for your appointment the showroom is all yours and we would love for you to bring your entourage to help you with choices.

What range of sizes do you stock in sample dresses?

We have size 6 up to size 22 in bridesmaid dresses. These are just our Perth bridal store sample sizes - we can produce size 4 to size 30 in a lot of our styles.

What happens if you don't stock the dress style I'm interested in trying on?

We do our very best to purchase sample dresses in a variety of styles, sizes and colours whenever a new collection is released. But honestly, we can't stock everything. We carefully select versatile sample dresses that provide a good feel of the fit you can expect from similar styles available online.

On a case-by-case basis we may take a chance on ordering in the sample dress for you to try on, based on its popularity and the likelihood of you ordering the dress.

Can I take pictures of the dresses my bridesmaids try on?

Of course!  We know its a big decision and sometimes you'd like to shop around or go home and think it all over.  We don't mind if you'd like to take pictures to look back on, and to make your decision easier!

How far in advance do I need to buy my dress and my bridesmaids dresses?

This depends on the designer and style that you choose.  Some bridesmaid dresses only take 4 weeks for production, whilst others take up to 15 weeks.  Here at Allure and Grace Bridal, we advise that it is best to start shopping at least 6-9 months in advance, and order your bridesmaid dresses at least 3-4 months in advance.  You need to remember to allow time for production, postage, and alterations if need be.

Don't stress - give us a call, we can make it work with a rush order for a small fee!

How long does it take for my dress to arrive?

Bridesmaid dress production takes anywhere from 4 up to 15 weeks. On top of that dispatch and delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive!  However if you do require a dress urgently please email us for details on a rush order and express postage - we can usually get something organised for you in around 3 weeks.

Can I buy my dress off the rack or do I have to place an order?

Most of our bridesmaid dresses are made exclusively for you!  The style, colour, length and size that you love.  However, if you would like a dress off the rack we occasionally sell our sample bridesmaid dresses for up to 70% off.

Do you have standard sizing, and what if we need alterations?

Yes, we work with standard dress sizing and comprehensive sizing and fit guides provided by our designers. This makes it a lot easier for both you and us!  If your wedding dress or bridesmaid dresses are not a perfect fit and need alterations, we work with a number of wonderful alteration specialists or if you have someone handy, you can use your own.

How do I pay for my wedding gown or bridesmaids dresses?

When you have found the one/s you love, and are ready to take the leap, we take a 50% deposit.  We accept cash, bank transfer or credit card.  The remaining 50% is paid on pick up of your dresses.

Can I exchange my dress?

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. If there is a fault with the product, we will happily cover the cost of a replacement, including postage where needed. Please see our exchange policy under refund policy.

Can I change my order?

If you change your mind about your bridesmaid dress order within 48 hours of placing it then you have the opportunity of contacting us to make small changes. Please choose carefully as although we strive to ensure all your needs are met, not all changes can be accommodated, and changes will be at the discretion of Allure & Grace.

I don't live in Perth but would love to order my bridesmaids dresses from you!  Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide!  Although we work closely with our Perth brides to find them the perfect bridesmaids dresses, we also love hearing from our eastern states and international brides.  If you live over east or overseas, get in touch with us as we work with out of state clients all the time, we can make it easy for you to shop online and have your bridesmaids dresses delivered to your door.  Please note that packages are subject to the customs/duties of each country, so please ensure you know the entry requirements for your country.

Will my package include tracking?

Shipping costs include tracking on every package inside Australia, but not on international orders. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.  Once your order has been dispatched, Nora and Elle Bridal accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If your package does not arrive on time please get in touch with us but also please follow this up with your local postal service.

How long does shipping take?

Within Australia you should allow approximately 2-6 business days. If you would like your dress express posted please request this and we will arrange it for you, express post takes up to 2 business days within Australia. For International shipping please allow up to 2 weeks [can be up to 21 days on rare occasions]. Shipping delays can be subject to the weather conditions of your area and also the volume of packages that the postal system is processing at the time. These circumstance are completely out of our control.
